North Brookfield Records 15 Deed Transfers in July, Most Without Disclosed Prices

North Brookfield recorded 15 property deed transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $70,000 to $366,300 with a median of $215,000. The month's top recorded sale was 103 S Main St at $366,300, followed by 18 Ayers St at $350,000. Ward Street and the Main Street corridor each saw multiple transfers. At least seven of the 15 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer or seller, and most transactions -- 11 of 15 -- did not include price information, limiting a full read on July's market values.
