North Brookfield Records 12 Property Transfers, Most Without Disclosed Sale Prices
North Brookfield recorded 12 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only two listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $350,000 to $615,000, with a two-sale midpoint of $482,500. The period's top disclosed sale was a $615,000 transfer on July 20 from sellers Amanda L. Hart and William McCaffrey to buyer Carlene Hastings; the deed record did not list a street address. Transfers touched 11 different streets with no overlap, included two trust-held properties and three transactions involving banks or mortgage companies. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a characterization of overall market tone.
