North Brookfield records 17 property transfers in late summer stretch, but most sale prices go undisclosed

Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 17 North Brookfield property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only six listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $14,032 to $554,639, with a median of $41,017. The period's largest recorded transaction, $554,639, involved a property whose deed lacks a specific street address, sold by Richard A. Litchfield. Warren Street was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. appeared as a party in six of the 17 deeds. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of market activity for the period.
