North Brookfield Records 11 Property Transfers in Late July and August; Only Two Sales Carry Disclosed Prices
Eleven property transfers were recorded in North Brookfield between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, but only two of the 11 included disclosed sale prices, limiting analysis of local market conditions. Among disclosed transactions, prices ranged from $328,000 to $400,000, with a median of $364,000. The top sale was 101 School St. at $400,000, conveyed from Equity Trust Co. and Michael S. Jubinville IRA to buyer Joleyn Tweneboah on Aug. 5. Mill Road saw three transfers, the most of any street during the period. With nine of 11 prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of market activity for the period.
