North Brookfield recorded 11 property transfers from Sept. 11 to Oct. 10, but only four carry a sale price so far, ranging from $90,000 to $433,650 with a median of $219,900. The month's largest figure, $433,650, was filed without a street address and named a mortgage company and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc as buyer, a pairing typical of a mortgage recording rather than a home sale. Mount Guyot Street logged three filings, including two $219,900 transactions recorded the same day at what appears to be the same address under differing spellings. Seven of the 11 filings show no price yet, which is normal while registry data catches up; full pricing for the period should post within the next week.
