Chair Judith Manning oversaw approval of kitchen and plumbing improvements funded by American Rescue Plan Act resources, adding two sinks and three ADA-compliant toilets. The council also approved Mary Cormier as Program Assistant and reset Monday hours to 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., opening Friday evenings for weekly bingo programming.
