North Brookfield Conservation Commission conditionally approves agricultural plan for Wright farm with stream protections. Chair Christine Morrison and the commission approved Zachary Wright's plans for 23 Town Farm Road with requirements that livestock be kept from the stream and detailed engineering plans submitted for any bridge crossing. The commission determined a Notice of Intent is not required to replace a Downey Road culvert repaired in February, but a restoration and mitigation plan will be required.
The board also authorized sending a letter to address trailer storage near a stream on Bennett's property and scheduled a pre-sitework meeting for replication work at 56 OEB.
