NORTH BROOKFIELD — The Board of Health scheduled a formal hearing for Vape City tobacco violation. The hearing is set for February 25, 2026, after the retailer failed an age-compliance check on January 20. Members Samuel Biagetti and Susan Johnson attended, with Chair Ethan Melad absent.
