Board authorizes emergency transfers for police, fire equipment

NORTH BROOKFIELD — Selectmen approve $1.1M in warrants, authorize emergency transfers for police, fire. The Board approved warrant packets totaling $1,058,944.04 and authorized reserve fund transfers of $6,735 to Police for an air handler unit, $4,594.10 to Fire for rescue vehicle repairs, and $3,500 to Police for facility maintenance. Three library grant applications totaling $13,000 were approved with no town match.

Collector Clerk Meghan Carney's resignation was accepted, and Jessica Fulgam and Ernie Grimes were appointed to the Memorial Park Committee.
